Bought this new Breville One Touch Tea Maker who some of the cash my mom sent me for my birthday. I LOVE IT!!!
I buy loose tea from Teavana and this makes it solo easy. It gets the temperature and time perfect for you. I experienced the tea makers greatness since I got it, this morning inparticular. You see me and green tea don’t get along when it comes to preparation. I always make it wrong and it ends up tasting like dirt. Sometimes I do the same thing with white teas but white teas have a lighter taste so they are harder to mess up.
This morning I used the tea maker to make my Superfruit Unity Green Tea from Teavana. Well this morning the the green tea came out GREAT. Not overly bitter at all. Full Disclosure: I told the Teavana salesman that I screw up green tea all of the time so he found one for me that has a mellow flavor. I still was messing it up before said tea maker by Breville was purchased.
I’ll let you know how this goes. I also have some teas from the tea smith here in Omaha but I wasn’t that impressed with most of the teas I got from there except a blueberry white tea. I’ll make that one and report back to you later on this week.
